Alan L. Linoff

Alan L. Linoff, is a senior business executive with extensive experience in planning, development and management of advanced technology facilities around the world. Mr. Linoff has provided services to his clients for more than thirty years.

Mr. Linoff is known for his ability to lead and coordinate large, complex high-tech project developments, successfully balancing the interests of business leaders, organizational management, architects, engineers, governmental bodies and end users. He is also known for his skill in creating win-win solutions to complex challenges.

Mr. Linoff served as a President and CEO of both Ridges Development Company and Fairview Development Company and served on their Boards. As Director of Property Management and Development for Fairview Hospitals and Healthcare Services &endash; a major internationally known healthcare provider with more than eighty facilities under management &endash; Linoff concentrated his efforts on Fairview's numerous hospitals, clinics and medical office buildings both in the United States and outside the country. He helped develop several skyways and an award winning energy center serving two college campuses and a major multi building healthcare center. He also served as President of the Ridges Owner Association - an organization that played a key role in developing a nationally recognized 150-acre health and human services campus in Burnsville, Minnesota.

Mr. Linoff recently completed the planning for a 183-acre multi-building advanced technology facility. The initial construction for the client company included a 38,000 square foot (4218 square meter) building with a 10,000 square foot (1110 square meter) level 3 clean room .

Mr. Linoff is currently engaged in the creation of the $88 million "Campus of the Future" in Chaska MN. This ground breaking facility will incorporate "Green Technology" throughout its buildings.

Linoff serves as a senior advisor to Perkins & Will an nationally known architectural firm and has advised the Minnesota Department of Transportation on several projects. He also serves as a manager and an advisor for investing funds for several investment funds. He has received a number of awards for community service.
